- The final 150 meters to the property follow a short unpaved hillside road, so an SUV is recommended.
- Pool access is not included or guaranteed with a standalone House Theasis booking. The pool shown belongs to Villa Theasis. Any exception applies only when Villa Theasis is unoccupied and the host has confirmed access in writing.
